All of us here at Envision Design have been working with Macintosh computer systems for many years. We all came to the Mac consulting profession via very different paths, but what we all have in common is a desire to work and play with technology that is powerful and easy to use.
Combined, we have more than 50 years of experience working with Mac systems. Several of us actually owned one of the first Macs introduced in 1984, and between us, we have owned or worked with almost every model of Apple computer manufactured since.
We work predominately with small to medium sized business and our clients include architects, lawyers, writers, meeting planners, caterers, public relations firms, non-profits, manufacturers, real estate developers, and many others.
I have personally been helping clients work with Macs in business environments since its introduction. I obtained a degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983 and maintain my architectural license and registration in the state of Texas. I have worked for a number of architectural firms as both an architect and as an in house computer systems manager. My work with computer systems over the years includes DEC Vax/VMS systems as well as proprietary architectural CADD systems along side Windows, Mac, and Unix workstations. But even with that varied background, I have always preferred the elegance and power of the computers and software produced by Apple.
In 1997 I spent a year working for Apple Computer as a Business Development Executive specializing in the science, engineering, and design fields. I am a certified member of the Apple Consultants Network and we maintain certifications for Apple desktop and server systems.
I am very proud of the team we have put together here at Envision Design and I sincerely hope you will take the time to read about each of us in the employee profile links to the right.
