Brain Food... Chocolate, Wine, and Tea

chocolate_marsala.jpgA study by Oxford scientists shows that (in moderation) Chocolate, Wine, and Tea can improve the brains cognitive performance. Of course this is just in time for the holidays and is not meant as a recommendation to overindulge any more than you would normally.
